Job Description
We are looking for a Medical Receptionist with strong customer service skills to join our fast-pace team at Internal Medicine. This role is patient facing and will be the face of Internal Medicine. In this role as a Medical Receptionist, you will spend time preregistering patients, including insurance eligibility, patient check in/out using EPIC, returning patient phone calls, importing and scanning records to charts, triaging patient concerns for providers/manager.
Requirements
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of experience in a medical office
- Demonstrable skills in data entry, personal computer, communication and organizational skills
