Collects, tracks, analyzes, and reports key strategic and operational data to enable the Clinical Leadership Team to meet their goals. Serves as a resource for all levels of the Clinical Operations Divisions related to Comparative Analytics, productivity and workforce analytics and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
- Three or more years of experience in an analytical capacity is required
- Three or more years of experience with general ledger data is required
- Previous experience with API within a healthcare setting is preferred
- Previous experience with Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodology is preferred
- Previous Infor/Lawson experience is preferred
- Previous experience using Cerner Applications and contract management experience is preferred
- Experience in prioritizing multiple projects concurrently is preferred
