This role involves managing and supervising housekeeping of hotel rooms and areas, ensuring excellent standards, and providing excellent customer service to guests and VIPs. The position requires collaboration with the housekeeper, Mantenimiento, and Reception teams to maintain hotel cleanliness and smooth operations.

Requirements

• Check the arrival and departure lists for each room.
• Distribute problems related to personnel from the department.
• Check the availability of cleaning materials.
• Supervise the cleaning of hotel areas and room guests.
