Job Description
Melaleuca is seeking an Intern in the Finance Group to play a critical role in analyzing key business indicators, developing key performance measurements, and providing analytical support to key managers. The internship will run for approximately 90 days, with program dates in Winter, Summer, or Fall.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Strategy or Data Analytics
- Exceptional academic performance
- Cumulative GPA of 3.75 or higher
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Effective interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of financial statements, modeling, accounting principles, and of key financial metrics and indicators
