Job Description
The Paralegal Consultant will assist in drafting contracts, negotiating terms and conditions, and providing legal advice to the Group Procurement department. They will work closely with divisions to support the negotiation, preparation, and finalization of contracts for 3rd parties and act as a liaison amongst all parties for scheduling and sharing information relating to contracts.
Requirements
- Assist in drafting contracts, amendments, addendums, and associated documents
- Negotiate terms and conditions with 3rd parties
- Provide well-researched legal advice to Group's 3rd party contracts
- Organize and maintain contractual documents
- Meet with suppliers and negotiate contract terms on CLIENT behalf
- Liaise with Group Legal to ensure CLIENT standard terms are understood and not deviated from
