Founding Customer Success & Experience Manager

Meilisearch is redefining the future of search for developers and end-users alike. We're looking for a Founding Customer Success & Experience Manager to shape our customer experience operations and help us understand and support our customer base. This role is key in shaping how CSX operates at Meilisearch over the next 24 months.

Requirements

• Strong customer and human empathy
• Strong analytical ability
• Able to run own analysis from start to finish
• Very comfortable with modern SaaS tools
• Excellent communication in English
• French is a plus
