Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to strengthen our team in Berlin, Leipzig, or Munich. The ideal candidate has a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification, at least 3 years of experience in Help Desk or 2nd-Level Support, and strong German language skills.
Requirements
- Education in computer science or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in Help Desk or 2nd-Level Support
- Knowledge in databases and SQL queries/procedures
- Good German language skills (writing and speaking)
- Service-oriented and structured way of working
- Willingness to take on-call duties every 6-8 weeks
