Job Description
MEDWING is seeking a student intern to contribute to the recruitment of skilled workers in the healthcare field. The internship offers the opportunity to shape the recruitment process, interview candidates, and develop recruiting strategies. The intern will gain insights into the company's business model and relevant stakeholders, with a focus on personal and professional development.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in a relevant field (economics, health management, psychology, etc.)
- Familiarity with German language (at least C1)
- Good English proficiency
- Fluency in both written and spoken German
- Strong hands-on mentality
