Job Description
MEDWING is seeking a Surgical Technical Assistant (OTA) (m/w/d) to strengthen their leasing team in Düsseldorf. The role involves instrumentation, assisting during surgical procedures, adhering to hygiene measures, expert patient care, documentation, and preparing operating rooms. The ideal candidate has completed training as a Surgical Technical Assistant or has relevant experience.
Requirements
- Completed and recognized Surgical Technical Assistant training in Germany
- Specialist training in surgical nursing, or relevant professional experience in the operating room
- High level of responsibility and social competence
- Ability to work independently and solution-oriented
- Reliable, committed, and a team player
- German language proficiency at least at B2 level
- Willingness to travel up to 60 minutes
- Willingness to work in two shifts
