We are seeking a dynamic and highly analytical Business Analytics Manager to support our commercial organization within a growing medical device company. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in Business Intelligence Tools and Salesforce with strong business acumen, enabling the organization to enhance commercial performance and patient impact.
Requirements
- Develop and deliver actionable insights to support sales strategy, forecasting, territory optimization, and commercial planning.
- Implement anomaly-detection models to identify shifts in customer buying patterns, pricing compliance, and product substitution trends.
- Conduct elasticity and price optimization analysis to support product roadmap decisions.
- Analyze tradeshow performance including lead quality, funnel conversion, and revenue contribution.
- Build forecasting models, segmentation analyses, and predictive risk indicators.
- Design and maintain intuitive Business Intelligence dashboards for sales leadership, field reps, product line management, marketing, and the executive team.
- Oversee Salesforce commercial workflows to improve sales efficiency and visibility.
- Maintain clean, reliable data for commercial reporting for the CCO, Board, Quarterly Business Reviews, and other teams across the Business Intelligence Platform, Salesforce, and other operational systems.
- Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain to understand data needs and deliver insights.
- Present complex data in a clear, concise, and compelling way to senior leadership.
