We are looking for a Europe Manufacturing Director to lead and coordinate large-scale building and infrastructure construction projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet our growth objectives. The role involves managing tenders and relationships with suppliers, developing operational excellence, and defining and executing an automation roadmap for low-value-added processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering and/or project management
• English proficiency
• Analytical skills and sense of priorities
• Interpersonal skills and ability to rally teams
• Ability to communicate effectively and synthetically
