HR Business Partner DACH (m/w/d)

Medline is a leading company in the healthcare industry looking for an HR Business Partner DACH to join their team in Kleve, Germany. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership teams to create an environment where employees can take on responsibility and shape their development. The role will involve advising and supporting employees on HR-related matters, designing and implementing HR processes and strategies, and contributing to the further development and implementation of European HR standards and programs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Business Partner
• Bachelor's or Master's degree or a comparable education with relevant further education in the field of personnel
• Very good knowledge of labor law and security in handling complex labor law issues
• Experience in dealing with HR systems - Workday is a plus
• Very good knowledge of German and English
