Job Description
The Recruiting Team Lead will lead a team of recruiters, responsible for client staffing needs, individual development, and proactive prospecting and qualification of candidates. This role involves managing resources, ensuring team performance, and providing a player-coach environment.
Requirements
- Lead and coordinate team's delivery against client staffing needs
- Oversee recruiter production on a weekly basis
- Provide developmental plans and feedback
- Conduct sourcing activities (cold calling, social media, etc.)
- Negotiate candidate rates and other contractual elements
