Requirements
- Diploma as an Expert in Intensive Care Nursing NDS HF or equivalent recognized Bachelor of Science in Nursing FH or equivalent degree
- Several years of experience on an intensive care unit of a Swiss acute hospital with HSM
- Well-developed communicative, methodological, and social competence
- Good digital competence
- Interest in innovation, further development, and clinical process design
