Senior Product Manager, Member Engagement

Medical Guardian is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the long-term vision, strategy, and execution of member engagement across their digital health platform. The role focuses on leveraging automation, AI, and behavioral science to drive measurable outcomes for adoption, retention, and clinical outcomes. The ideal candidate will own the roadmap, partner with stakeholders, and represent Medical Guardian as a thought leader in digital health engagement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• Expertise in engagement, growth, or user experience
• Deep understanding of behavioral science and engagement design
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience with engagement/marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable)
• Experience in Agile or hybrid product development environments
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
