Clinical Operations Lead, Mental Health

Join Medibank's Amplar Health team as a Clinical Operations Lead for Mental Health. Lead a team of 25 Virtual Mental Health Professionals, providing leadership, coaching, and support for clinical governance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in a relevant mental health setting
• At least 3 years experience in a clinical leadership role with experience in coaching and mentoring
• A clinical qualification in a relevant discipline of nursing, psychology, occupational therapy, or social work
• Current registration with AHPRA for associated disciplines or AASW with mental health accreditation
• Extensive clinical assessment skills, critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy, a proficiency with contact centre KPI dimensions and associated data, with a working competency of the Microsoft office product suite
