The role involves leading the design process from discovery to delivery, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality user experiences. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong focus on research and data analysis.

Requirements

• Lead the design process across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development, and business teams.
• Use research, analytics, and A/B testing to validate decisions and improve outcomes.
• Produce user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Maintain and evolve the design system.
• Stay current with design practices.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design and accessibility fundamentals.
• Practical experience with user research and usability testing.
• Sharp attention to detail.
