Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience setting up, optimizing, and scaling global performance-based Paid Search campaigns
• Proven track record of working with large or unlimited budgets and delivering results under strict performance KPIs
• Experience launching search campaigns for new brands entering the market
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and make informed decisions
• Tech-savvy - understanding of Google's algorithm and troubleshooting conversion tracking
• Proficient in testing and implementing automation tools and bidding strategies
