Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Advertising Sales Manager to lead digital advertising sales and revenue growth for the Southern California News Group.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in digital advertising sales, preferably within the programmatic advertising ecosystem
- In-depth knowledge of demand-side platforms (DSPs) and programmatic advertising technologies
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including trends, challenges, and industry best practices
- Demonstrated experience establishing client relationships and closing deals through consultative selling
- Ability to cross sell multiple products and packages
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Analytical skills for data-driven reporting, forecasting, and goal-setting
- Proficiently with Salesforce, Google AdWords and Google Analytics
