Requirements
- Completed degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related area (ideally with Master’s degree/MBA)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting in a dynamic business context
- Sense for technical as well as regulatory market trends and changes
- Profound understanding of Retail Media business model as well as value chain desirable; ideally, consulting background
- Very good analytical as well as conceptual skills
- Strength in communication and negotiation with clear customer focus, esp. strong presentation skills incl. PowerPoint
- Goal-oriented, self-responsible way of working
- Fluent in German and English; both spoken and written
