Design and maintain statistical and machine learning models for demand forecasting and inventory optimization, lead research initiatives, and support automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Python or R for analytics and predictive modeling
• Strong SQL skills and experience handling large datasets
• Knowledge of time series, machine learning forecasting, and inventory optimization techniques
• Familiarity with optimization tools (e.g. Gurobi, SAS)
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex analytics clearly
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable mindset
• Fluent in English, fluency in German is an advantage
