People & Culture Manager Teilzeit (m/w/d)

As a People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing, structured, and sustainable People Organization, and designing central HR themes along the entire employee lifecycle. You will work closely with management and senior leaders to create conditions for responsibility, performance, and long-term development.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a generalist People role with clear responsibility for performance management and organizational development
• Experience in building or professionalizing HR structures in a growing company
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of economic interdependencies
• Ability to constructively challenge senior leaders while building trusting partnerships
