Job Description
Mediafly is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to drive innovation across their platform. This role involves designing secure, scalable, and impactful solutions, aligning with client needs, and supporting long-term product vision. The position emphasizes strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leadership in a complex environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 9+ years of CRM experience, with at least 6 years on the Salesforce platform
- Deep expertise across the Salesforce suite: Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience (Community) Clouds
- Proven ability to design performant, scalable Salesforce solutions for large data volumes
- Strong understanding of data architecture, sharing models, visibility rules, and platform limits
- Proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC)
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools
- Working knowledge of cloud storage and eventing platforms
- Familiarity with release and environment management, version control, and CI/CD workflows
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 annually
