Job Description
Monks is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead cross-functional teams, define product strategy, and deliver digital products that solve customer problems. The role involves end-to-end product lifecycle management, data-driven decision-making, and mentorship of associate PMs. It's a remote position with occasional travel, operating as a fully digital marketing and technology services provider.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management leading end-to-end software product lifecycle.
- Strong discovery, prioritization, and requirements elicitation experience.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, software development, and APIs.
- Proven client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with agile methodologies (Jira) and Figma/Miro.
- Data-driven approach with KPI definition and product analytics literacy.
- Goal-oriented, autonomous, organized with effective communication and collaboration.
