Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Instructional Designer to drive the development and design within our Learning Management System (LMS). You'll be instrumental in modernizing and enhancing the utilization of our LMS in close coordination with our internal Content Management System (CMS). This is a unique opportunity to create engaging, high-quality learning experiences that cover critical technical and compliance topics for our global teams.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience in design, with a strong focus on instructional design for LMS and CMS systems.
- Proficient in using Articulate Storyline and RISE for e-learning development, including strong skills in UX, instructional design, and storyboarding.
- Solid understanding of how CSS, HTML, and JavaScript are used to customize and enhance interactive learning components.
- Self-motivated and possess a naturally curious approach to problem-solving and innovation.
- Able to meticulously apply a style guide to ensure content consistency and brand alignment.
