Job Description
Monks is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional software delivery. The role focuses on aligning execution with business objectives, orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing risks and dependencies, and delivering transparent financial reporting. This position requires strong financial acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of relevant work experience managing cross-functional technical projects
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery (Scrum or Kanban)
- Proficiency with project tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet)
- Solid financial acumen
- English level: B2+ (or higher)
