Job Description
Monks is seeking a Creative Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects at the intersection of creativity, technology, and storytelling. The role focuses on translating creative ideas into actionable projects, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. It's a hybrid position involving creative, strategic, and technological work.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, creative production, or agency environments
- 5+ years of experience with production workflows
- Familiarity with creative and production workflows
- Excellent communication skills
- Digital tool proficiency (Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Figma, Miro)
- Project management experience (B2+)
- B2+ English fluency
