Job Description
Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Medical Director/Attending Physician to oversee the delivery of high-quality, proactive care to patients. The role involves clinical leadership, mentoring, and maintaining high standards of patient care within a collaborative environment. The organization focuses on providing compassionate, personalized care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
Requirements
- Certified Medical Director (CMD) certification preferred.
- Extensive experience in long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility settings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes in long-term care.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
