Job Description
We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers, and represent Measure Marketing by making a positive impression that sets the tone for the entire sales lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years B2B SDR or BDR experience (agency or SaaS preferred)
- Confident with cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Fluent in HubSpot CRM
- Strong communication and note-taking skills
- Energy, persistence, and clarity in conversations
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
- Bonus: Exposure to the SEO/PPC/marketing industry
Benefits
- Base: $50K–$65K CAD (based on experience)
- Commission: $150–$300 per booked & qualified meeting, bonus on closed-won attribution
