Job Description
MealSuite, a fast-growing SaaS organization, is seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Project Coordinator to support implementation teams. The coordinator will manage customer projects, team operations, and facilitate collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. They will also create solutions and train team members to improve project efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- Knowledge of project implementation/project management
- 1+ years of direct experience in customer implementation and/or onboarding projects within a SaaS environment
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and time-management skills
- Valid passport and ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA
