Branding and Signage Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branding & Signage Manager to lead the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of branding and signage across all MDLBEAST events.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in branding, signage, or production management within large-scale events or festivals.
• Strong background working in the GCC region, especially in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar.
• Exceptional leadership, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and AutoCAD is strongly preferred.
• Experience using project management tools such as Airtable and Google Workspace (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Professional, solution-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Ability to manage and motivate teams while maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.
