Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduate of a CCMA, RMA or CMA program.
- BLS certification.
- Experience in customer service.
- Medical office experience preferred.
- Emotional maturity and good people skills required.
- Ability to work with distressed or anxious patients or family members required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing/variety of employees.
- Team focused, ability to work and provide support to the team.
