Job Description
McMillan Pazdan Smith is seeking a creative Project Architect to join their Healthcare team in Charleston, SC. The role involves supervising project efforts, coordinating teams, managing budgets, and serving as a primary client liaison. This position requires collaboration and strong communication skills to ensure project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent
- Registered as a licensed architect
- 8-12 years of experience as an architect
- Experience leading a project team
- Knowledge of estimating project needs
- Ability to monitor the budget of a task
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, and Bluebeam
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative suite and Newforma software
- Excellent grasp of building technology fundamentals
- Thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes, and trends
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
