McLane Global is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across the organization. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 -5+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
