Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related area
- Proven sales experience in the 3PL or logistics sector
- Track record of meeting and surpassing sales goals
- Strong knowledge of supply chain logistics and 3PL services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills
- Ability to think strategically and promote innovation and change
- Experience using CRM platforms and tools for sales analytics
- Willingness to travel as necessary
