Sr. Director, ERP Transformation Services

McKesson is seeking a Sr. Director, ERP Transformation Services to lead cross-program orchestration of the S/4HANA transformation across the O&M IT portfolio. The successful candidate will drive alignment with enterprise architecture and business priorities, integrate ERP efforts across systems, and ensure business readiness and value realization.

Requirements

• 13+ years of professional experience
• 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills
• Proven experience in large-scale ERP transformations, ideally with S/4HANA
• Strong orchestration and stakeholder management skills across complex matrixed environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate topics for non-technical audiences
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and influencing without direct authority
• Experience managing cross-BU initiatives and aligning with enterprise-level governance
• Familiarity with digital transformation, AI-first strategies, and clean core ERP principles is a plus
