McKesson is seeking a Senior People Analytics Consultant to deliver people analytics and insights to business leaders and senior HR leaders across multiple business units to drive workforce decisions. The role is designed for a seasoned consultant with deep experience in executive engagement, enterprise product ownership, and enablement strategy.
Requirements
- Act as a client-facing consultant, scoping needs and translating executive challenges into actionable analytics and enablement solutions.
- Influence and advise senior leadership, challenging assumptions and providing recommendations rooted in business context and workforce strategy.
- Lead change management initiatives, empowering executives and HR leaders to leverage data-driven insights.
- Build, own, and continuously improve enablement tools, frameworks, and self-service platforms that drive strategic decision-making
- Gain a strong understanding of the client’s business goals, strategy, and context
- Use analytical skills to make data-driven workforce strategy recommendations that support business objectives
- Partner closely with the PA team and HR to provide strategic decision support through data and analytics, aligning HR outcomes with business outcomes.
- Communicate analytic findings to other analysts, HR, and business leaders.
- Lead change management initiatives and empower clients with self-service tools.
- Synthesize complex data into compelling stories and recommendations that resonate with executive audiences.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity, impact, and alignment with business objectives.
- Contribute to the PA team’s knowledge of analytical approaches, tools, and methodologies
