Job Description
McKesson is seeking a dynamic and engaging individual for our "Material Handler Lead" role. The role involves helping the team improve the overall process of the building and individual team member, creating a positive culture, and reinforcing McKesson values.
Requirements
- Prepare and conduct team meetings, training sessions, and other events
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the department
- Use various systems to clear errors and issues
- Train employees in outbound functions
- Monitor work for outbound operations and achieve objectives
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and meet compliance controls
- Ability to use and train on RF equipment
- Crosstrain in all outbound processes
- Supports other activities and projects as assigned by management
- Keep warehouse area clean, neat and organized
