Collections Agent (Hiring Immediately)

MCI is seeking a Collections Agent to recover past due consumer accounts. This role involves outreach, negotiation, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Candidates should be motivated, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided with a bonus and competitive salary.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic understanding of Windows operating system
• Highly reliable with ability to maintain regular attendance
• Strong team orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
