Job Description
McGuireWoods LLP is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant/Legal Secretary to support Practice Assistants with administrative tasks in our Jacksonville, FL office. The ideal candidate takes initiative and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Office, document management software)
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Experience with billing software (Elite) and expense reimbursement software (ChromeRiver) is preferred
