Director, Strategic & Brand Events

McGuireWoods is seeking a Director of Strategic & Brand Events to lead brand development, generate leads, and manage sponsorship goals. The role focuses on maximizing the impact of client relationships through strategic planning, event execution, and strong partnership management. This is a regular full-time position.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive event and brand partnerships strategy.
• Plan, organize, and execute high-impact events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with organizations and partners.
• Negotiate and manage events and partnership agreements.
• Analyze data to track the performance of events and partnerships.
• Oversee the budget for events and partnerships.
• Develop and implement communication strategies.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
