Conflicts Analyst

McGuireWoods LLP is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to join the team in the Los Angeles, Dallas, or Seattle office. The Conflicts Analyst is responsible for conducting thorough and accurate searches of companies, agencies and individuals listed as parties in new business, add-party, matter re-open and information-only conflicts checks, as well as lateral hire requests.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree (bachelor's degree preferred)
• Two or more years of related experience and/or training
• Law firm experience helpful
• Proficient typing/keyboard skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with general office applications to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Good proofreading skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to respond appropriately and effectively to the most sensitive inquiries and complaints
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints and strict deadlines
