Examinations Coordinator

The Examinations Coordinator coordinates and organizes the submission of examinations, ensures adherence to policies, and prepares examination schedules. The role involves liaising with instructors, departments, and students, and resolving exam-related issues.

Requirements

• DEP - Office Systems or DEP - Secretarial Studies
• 3 years related experience
• Client-focused and service-oriented
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task and work under pressure
• Knowledge of exam scoring is an asset
