Assistant or Associate Professor (Clinical), Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery (C1-251023)

The McGill University Department of Neurology and Neurosurgery invites applications for a full-time clinician-scientist position as member of the Contract Academic Staff at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor (Clinical). The professorial rank will be determined according to the candidate’s qualifications and experience. This will be a three-year (renewable) appointment and does not confer eligibility for tenure.

Requirements

• Hold, or be eligible for, licensure as a neurologist in the province of Quebec
• Be either Clinicians with an MD, Clinician-Scientists with an MD-PhD, or possess equivalent research-intensive training
• Have advanced training and the demonstrated capacity to excel in academic neurology, including specialized clinical expertise in the area of epilepsy, strong medical education skills, and a well-defined clinical research program
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in all areas
• Bilingual language skills (French and English) are required
