Job Description
MCG is a healthcare community leading the effort to deliver patient-focused care. They are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to design, optimize, and support enterprise infrastructure and application deployment pipelines. This role focuses on automation, observability, incident response, and collaboration to ensure systems meet high standards of reliability and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, SRE, or DevOps roles
- Expert-level scripting and automation experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, containers, and infrastructure-as-code
- Knowledge of systems security and governance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2)
- Experience managing distributed systems and high-availability environments
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Certifications in cloud platforms or infrastructure technologies (highly desirable)
