Job Description
MCG is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to drive positive culture, employee engagement, and business outcomes. This role will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging HR expertise to build intentional people practices, support leadership, and contribute to organizational development. They will manage key employee lifecycle events and collaborate with various centers of excellence.
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience
- At least 2 years in a strategic business partner or advisory role
- Deep understanding of HR disciplines (performance management, organizational design, employee relations, etc.)
- Proven ability to build credibility and influence data
- Comfortable working in high-relationship cultures
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
