Yard Associate

The Yard position will stock, gather, distribute, assemble orders, and load various products to fulfill customer orders for pickup and/or delivery.

Requirements

• Safely move freight, stock, or other materials
• Reads customer order, shipping order or requisition
• Loads and unloads trucks
• Sorts and places items on racks
• Operates fork lift truck or hand truck
• Assembles customer orders from stock
• Stacks lumber in yard or in shed
• Drives diesel or gasoline powered industrial trucks
• Maintains yard cleanliness
• Performs daily lift inspections
• Safely operates equipment
