Job Description
McCormick is seeking an OT Vulnerability Management Lead to develop and lead the company's OT Security program. This role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating vulnerabilities across operational environments, collaborating with IT and security teams, and driving continuous improvement in OT security posture. The position is Hybrid (50/50) based in Hunt Valley, MD.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information security, or related field
- GICSP, GRID, CISM, CISSP, OSCP, or other relevant security certifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in OT security, vulnerability management, or cybersecurity
- 2+ years of experience in a senior technical role or leadership role
- Experience with OT security principles, ICS, SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, and Industrial protocols
- Experience with Tenable OT, Claroty, Nozomi, or Verve (preferred)
- Familiarity with NIST 800-82, IEC 62443, and Purdue Model architecture
- Experience with OT patching processes and asset lifecycle management
