Senior Project Scheduler - Los Angeles

We are seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering and 4-6 years of experience in Scheduling. Primavera P6 scheduling experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Communicate effectively with all field staff members, scheduling consultant and the client
• Meet with Subcontractors as required in development of baseline schedule, monthly updates and recovery schedule
• Identify and communicate significant schedule risks to Staff and appropriate Division personnel
• Forecast impacts of variances to aid in the management of the schedule
• Utilize Primavera P6 scheduling software to update and document schedule performance
• Monitor and status schedule progress
• Analyze delivery impacts, time extensions, claims, etc. through the use of schedule fragnets
• Interact with scheduling consultant in schedule reviews, claims analysis, etc.
• Perform cash flow projections / analysis on a monthly basis
• Participate in Division training seminars
