Requirements

• Supports current and future business needs through collaboration with designated business leaders by creating and implementing strategies focused on development, engagement, motivation, and retention of people.
• Leverages strong business acumen to analyze and report out on relevant business unit HR metrics and people trends, utilizing data to support ideas and solutions.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, providing performance management guidance to leaders.
